Julian Ng has lived and travelled around the world. Each new experience inspires him to write – be it in the form of poetry, prose or music. As an educator, he continues to write and publish academic materials and textbooks. As a musician, he has written myriad songs and music. As a playwright, he has written and contributed to plays and musicals including the Edinburgh Fringe ‘cult hit’ (per Elaine Paige) Snakes! The Musical!.
Julian published his first full-length novel in 2013 and has since written 2 more. He lives in Canterbury when not living out of a suitcase.

Christopher Marlowe arrived on the medieval art scene like a rock star. His inventively-clever blank verse was literally poetry in motion – so-called his ‘mighty line’ by Ben Jonson.
This promising dramatist allegedly died, violently, in 1593 from a stab wound above his right eye. Yet, from his shadow, an even bigger writer emerged – one who would change the course of literary history in England and the world, who would be quoted incessantly while simultaneously delighting literature students or leaving them Bard.
