*Registration fees include all conference events except for the Film Festival (GBP £5), the Café Book Signing and Reading Event (GBP £3) and Sandi Hutcheson’s Creative Writing Workshops and Critique. Tickets for these events may be purchased when registering or may be purchased at the door. All attendees to any of the Art Studio workshops will be required to pay £3 to the Instructor, at the time of the event. If your submission is accepted, you will receive the Presenters discount. Students with a valid student I.D. who are presenting will receive the student discount.

Visa Invitations or Letters
Any participants who require invitation letters for visa or travel document purposes may request these in writing to:

You must submit all relevant details (scanned copy of your passport, dates of arrival and departure, flight numbers). Providing these will speed up the issuing of your invitation letter. For immigration purposes, please note we can only issue such letters after you have paid for and confirmed your attendance at WCCA 2015.
