Terms and Conditions
Your ticket entitles you to attend the Kent Arts Conference only. This does not include any travel to and from the venue, food and drink other than what the organisers provide, accommodation, insurance, or any other expenses. No refunds will be made if you cancel.
If you are booking a free ticket, please be considerate. Just because it is free doesn’t mean that you can just book tickets on the off-chance you might go. This is taking away tickets from genuine conference-goers. If you can’t make it for any reason, please inform us ASAP so that we can release your tickets to someone else.
Visa support information:
For individuals requiring visa support, an interview with the event organisers is a prerequisite for receiving assistance.
Please note that visa support letters will be issued only after the full payment for your ticket(s) has been successfully processed.
Due to the significant administrative effort involved in providing visa support, please be aware that all ticket purchases are non-refundable. This policy applies if you are unable to secure a visa within the necessary timeframe, if your visa application is unsuccessful, or if your attendance plans change. In such cases, your ticket fee will be reclassified as a donation to the Warnborough Foundation, supporting our ongoing initiatives.
